LANGUAGE	TERM	Fir tip banda
EN CZ NL PT RO SI	DEFINITION	Firul tip banda sau firul plat face parte din categoria firelor speciale. La aceste fire, latimea este de cateva ori mai mare decat grosimea. Firele tip banda se pot obtine din diverse tipuri de fibre si sunt utilizate adesea in textile tehnice, permitand crearea rapida a tesaturilor. Pentru structuri compozite, in mod obisnuit se utilizeaza fire tip banda din fibra de carbon.
