This Glossary is meant to offer the students support for learning key textile terms of the 6 educational modules in all the languages of the project.
LANGUAGE	TERM	Mikrotopický snímek z mikroskopu
EN CZ NL PT RO SI	DEFINITION	Obraz rezu materiálem získaný po použití mikrotomu. Mikrotom je rezací nástroj, který slouží k vytvárení extrémne tenkých rezu materiálu, tzv. rezu. Ty lze poté fotografovat, napr. pomocí kamery umístené na mikroskopu. Pro získání tenkých rezu pro mikroskopickou analýzu se látka nejprve vloží do pruhledné pryskyrice, která se vytvrdí. Vzniklou tuhou strukturu lze poté rezat mikrotomem.
