This Glossary is meant to offer the students support for learning key textile terms of the 6 educational modules in all the languages of the project.
LANGUAGE	TERM	Snap fastener/Press button
EN CZ NL PT RO SI	DEFINITION	A snap fastener is a pair of interlocking discs, made out of metal or plastic, commonly used in place of traditional buttons to fasten clothing and for similar purposes. In the case of technical embroidery, metal snap fasteners can be used as an electrical contact.
