This Glossary is meant to offer the students support for learning key textile terms of the 6 educational modules in all the languages of the project.
LANGUAGE	TERM	fractional factorial design
EN CZ NL PT RO SI	DEFINITION	Represents a particular case of the factorial plan, with reduced experimental matrix and experimental runs according to specific rules. The fractional factorial plan is used in cases of many parameters and many variation levels, where reducing the large number of experimental runs is required.
