LANGUAGE	TERM	Tape garen
EN CZ NL PT RO SI	DEFINITION	Tape garen of bandgaren of lintgaren is een specialiteitsgaren, gekenmerkt door een grote breedte-dikteverhouding. Tape garens worden vaak gebruikt in technisch textiel om snel stoffen te kunnen maken. De vezels die in deze worden gebruikt, kunnen van alle soorten materialen zijn. Voor composietconstructies worden gewoonlijk koolstofvezelbandgarens gebruikt.
