This Glossary is meant to offer the students support for learning key textile terms of the 6 educational modules in all the languages of the project.
LANGUAGE	TERM	Onderlaagsteek
EN CZ NL PT RO SI	DEFINITION	Onderlaagsteek wordt gebruikt onder het reguliere stiksel in een ontwerp. Ze worden v??r andere ontwerpelementen aangebracht om rekbare stoffen te helpen stabiliseren. De onderlaag is normaal gesproken een reeks rijgsteken of een vulling met een zeer lichte dichtheid die vaak in de tegenovergestelde richting wordt geplaatst dan waar het stiksel heen gaat. Tijdens de digitalisering voegt de software de onderlaag meestal automatisch in.
