This Glossary is meant to offer the students support for learning key textile terms of the 6 educational modules in all the languages of the project.
LANGUAGE	TERM	Draperen (draping)
EN CZ NL PT RO SI	DEFINITION	Draperen is het proces waarbij een stoffen driedimensionale vorm door zijn eigen gewicht wordt getransformeerd wanneer het over een vast object wordt geplaatst. Een "passend" kledingstuk zou aan elkaar worden genaaid en dicht tegen het lichaam worden gedragen, in tegenstelling tot een "gedrapeerd" kledingstuk, zoals een toga die niet genaaid hoeft te worden.
