LANGUAGE	TERM	Plan de afaceri
EN CZ NL PT RO SI	DEFINITION	Planul de afaceri este un document scris care descrie in detaliu modul in care o afacere - de obicei un startup - isi defineste obiectivele si cum trebuie sa isi atinga obiectivele. Un plan de afaceri prezinta o foaie de parcurs scrisa pentru firma din punct de vedere al marketingului, financiar si operational. Planurile de afaceri sunt documente importante folosite atat pentru publicul extern, cat si pentru publicul intern al companiei. De exemplu, un plan de afaceri este folosit pentru a atrage investitii inainte ca o companie sa-si stabileasca un istoric dovedit sau pentru a asigura imprumuturi (credite). Acesta reprezinta, de asemenea, o modalitate buna pentru echipele executive ale companiilor de a fi pe aceeasi pagina cu privire la elementele strategice de actiune si de a se mentine pe tinta fata de obiectivele stabilite.
