LANGUAGE	TERM	Capital de risc
EN CZ NL PT RO SI	DEFINITION	Capitalul de risc este o forma de capital privat si un tip de finantare pe care investitorii o ofera companiilor de tip start-up si intreprinderilor mici despre care se crede ca au un potential de crestere pe termen lung. Capitalul de risc provine, in general, de la investitori instariti, banci de investitii si orice alte institutii financiare. Cu toate acestea, nu ia intotdeauna o forma monetara; poate fi furnizata si sub forma de expertiza tehnica sau manageriala. Capitalul de risc este de obicei alocat companiilor mici cu un potential de crestere exceptional sau companiilor care au crescut rapid si par gata sa se extinda in continuare.
