This Glossary is meant to offer the students support for learning key textile terms of the 6 educational modules in all the languages of the project.
LANGUAGE	TERM	Trakaste preje
EN CZ NL PT RO SI	DEFINITION	Trakasta preja je novost, za katero je znacilno veliko razmerje med sirino in debelino. Pogosto jo uporabljamo v tehnicnih tekstilijah, saj omogoca hitro izdelavo tkanin za tehnicne namene. Vlakna, ki se uporabljajo v preji za trakove, so lahko iz razlicnih vrst materialov. Za izdelavo kompozitov se pogosto uporabljajo trakaste preje iz ogljikovih vlaken.
