EN CZ NL PT RO SI	DEFINITION	Comercializarea stiintei si tehnologiei este un proces provocator care este activat printr-o combinatie de (i) elemente de tip "science-push" (factori care maresc oferta de optiuni tehnologice prin promovarea directa a progreselor in stiinta si tehnologie), (ii) "atragerea cererii". " (factori care stimuleaza cererea) si (iii) mecanisme institutionale care constituie un sistem dinamic de inovare.
