EN CZ NL PT RO SI	DEFINITION	Vrednotenje raziskav in razvoja je uporaba rezultatov raziskav, ki jih financirajo javni organi, v druzbeno-ekonomske namene. Predstavlja neposredni in posredni donos druzbe glede na nalozbe javnega sektorja v raziskave in razvoj [US Dept. of Commerce (2003)].
