LANGUAGE	TERM	Antreprenoriat
EN CZ NL PT RO SI	DEFINITION	Antreprenoriatul este actiunea de start a unei afacei in speranta de a obtine un profit. Este procesul prin care indivizi sau un grup de indivizi (antreprenori) exploateaza o oportunitate comerciala, fie prin aducerea pe piata a unui nou produs sau proces, fie prin imbunatatirea substantiala a unui bun, serviciu sau metoda de productie existenta. Acest proces este organizat in general printr-o noua organizatie (o companie nou-infiintata), dar poate aparea si intr-o afacere mica stabilita care sufera o schimbare semnificativa a produsului sau strategiei (vezi mai jos despre crestere).
