LANGUAGE	TERM	Tvegani kapital (angl.: Venture Capital)
EN CZ NL PT RO SI	DEFINITION	Tvegani kapital je oblika zasebnega kapitala in vrsta financiranja, ki ga vlagatelji zagotavljajo novoustanovljenim podjetjem in obrtnikom, za katere menijo, da imajo dolgorocni potencial rasti. Tvegani kapital obicajno prihaja od premoznih vlagateljev, investicijskih bank in drugih financnih institucij. Vendar ni vedno v denarni obliki; lahko se zagotovi tudi v obliki tehnicnega ali vodstvenega strokovnega znanja. Tvegani kapital se obicajno dodeli malim podjetjem z izjemnim potencialom rasti ali podjetjem, ki so hitro rasla in se zdijo pripravljena na nadaljnjo rast.
