EN CZ NL PT RO SI	DEFINITION	Analyza SWOT (silne a slabe stranky, prilezitosti a hrozby) je ramec pouzivany k vyhodnoceni konkurencni pozice spolecnosti a k vypracovani strategickeho planovani. Analyza SWOT hodnoti vnitrni a vnejsi faktory a take soucasny a budouci potencial. SWOT analyza je navrzena tak, aby usnadnila realisticky fakty podlozeny pohled na silne a slabe stranky organizace, iniciativ nebo v ramci jejiho odvetvi. Organizace musi zachovat presnost analyzy tim, ze se vyhne predpojatym nazorum nebo sedym z?nam a misto toho se zameri na realne souvislosti. Spolecnosti by ji mely pouzivat jako voditko, nikoli nutne jako predpis. (https://www.investopedia.com/terms/s/swot.asp).
