This Glossary is meant to offer the students support for learning key textile terms of the 6 educational modules in all the languages of the project.
LANGUAGE	TERM	3D shaping
EN CZ NL PT RO SI	DEFINITION	3D shaping (partial knitting, wedge technique, flechage) is based on knitting courses on all working needles and courses on a variable number of needles, determining zones with different amount of stitches. The zones with the highest amount of stitches will have in the end a spatial geometry.
