LANGUAGE	TERM	Imagine microscopica
EN CZ NL PT RO SI	DEFINITION	Imagine a unei sectiuni printr-un material, obtinuta dupa utilizarea unui microtom. Microtomul este un instrument cu ajutorul caruia se pot taia fragmente foarte subtiri dintr-un corp pentru a putea fi studiate la microscop. Aceste fragmente se numesc sectiuni si pot fi fotografiate, de exemplu, cu o camera montata pe microscop. Pentru obtinerea de sectiuni prin tesatura, aceasta este mai intai incorporata intr-o rasina transparenta care se solidifica. Structura rigida rezultata poate fi apoi taiata cu ajutorul microtomului.
