This Glossary is meant to offer the students support for learning key textile terms of the 6 educational modules in all the languages of the project.
LANGUAGE	TERM	Tensão
EN CZ NL PT RO SI	DEFINITION	A tensão adequada do fio da máquina é fundamental para o bordado de qualidade. Quando se formam pontos, a tensão da linha precisa de ser definida. Pode-se consegui-lo ao soltar-se ou apertar-se as tensões superiores e das bobinas. Muitos bordadores usam a Regra 2/3, o que significa que se olharmos para a parte inferior do bordado depois de ter sido cosido, deve ver aproximadamente 2/3 de fio superior a 1/3 fio de bobina. Normalmente isto é fácil de fazer porque a maioria dos bordadores usam um fio de bobina branca.
