This Glossary is meant to offer the students support for learning key textile terms of the 6 educational modules in all the languages of the project.
LANGUAGE	TERM	Ponto underlay ou de base
EN CZ NL PT RO SI	DEFINITION	O ponto de base é utilizado sob a costura regular num desenho. São costurados antes dos outros elementos de conceção para ajudar a estabilizar tecidos elásticos. O underlay é normalmente uma série de pontos corridos ou um preenchimento de densidade muito leve muitas vezes colocado na direção oposta à da costura que se segue terá. Durante a digitalização, o software normalmente insere o ponto underlay, de base automaticamente.
