This Glossary is meant to offer the students support for learning key textile terms of the 6 educational modules in all the languages of the project.
LANGUAGE	TERM	MinMax analysis
EN CZ NL PT RO SI	DEFINITION	Minimal or maximal values represent the peak points of the result variable of a physical process. MinMax analysis is used to optimize the result variable by means of the response surface model (RSM). The polynomic equation of the RSM is derived and equaled to zero and the MinMax values computed from the solutions of this equation. The input parameters corresponding to the MinMax value are determined and represent the optimized values of the physical process.
